Fully Managed
Our most popular service is Fully Managed; we have a team of experienced professionals who will look after your property for the duration of the tenancy. We carry out comprehensive referencing including credit checks, previous landlord and employment references.
Following this we’ll prepare the tenancy agreement and create a thorough inventory report prior to the tenant moving in.
We will register the deposit with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Your monthly rent will be collected and monthly statements provided detailing income and costs. If a rent payment hasn’t been received on time, our team will ensure the rent is chased and received.
We will assist you in serving the correct notices during the tenancy if needed. Our team will conduct detailed mid-term inspections to make sure the property is well maintained throughout the duration of the tenancy.
Any maintenance issues during the tenancy will be handled by our local contractors.
We conduct regular inspections and will report back to you on any maintenance issues.
Our property management team will ensure a swift turnaround of works; we have all the right contractors on hand to make any repairs or upgrades needed.
Once the tenant has moved out, we will conduct a checkout report and compare it back to the original inventory.
Rent Collect
We carry out comprehensive referencing, including credit checks, previous landlord and employment references.
If a tenant fails to pay their rent, our team will ensure the rent is chased and received. We can also assist you in serving the correct notices during the tenancy if ever needed.
Let Only
If you intend to manage your property yourself, we will be happy to offer you our Let Only service.
With this service, we will conduct viewings, complete comprehensive referencing and credit checks and prepare the tenancy agreement.
